I want one of those motors! The only real hang up I see with the Morini motors is the exhaust exits right in the middle of the down tube...........how difficult was it to rig up that exhaust manifold???

There is vibration caused by the 2 shoe clutch but i can live with it, not sure if the 3 shoe clutch is better balanced... maybe easyrider will speak up cause i think he has the 3 shoe clutch. The exhaust isnt too hard to rig up the collar needs to be ~1.5" and utilizes 2 nitrile rubber O rings, the tubing is ~1" in diameter. Rode 60 miles today feels more powerful everyday :)

Not only does the motor need to be broken in, so does the clutch. Give it around 10 hours of riding time and you'll see a difference.

I'm still pondering mine. The S5E I have doesn't have a front mount, just two in the back side and one on the head. The head mount will also be serving as one of my tank mounts so a little more than usual fabrication is needed :)

I just hope I can shoehorn the motor into my frame...it's pretty tight :p
