Custom made long intakes for Whizzer NE-5 motorbikes.
A long intake is one of those “free” power mods you can do to a stock engine.
These are made with laser cut flanges, tube is press fit before back welding for strength. The clean no-weld appearance allows you to run bolts with large heads or studs with a larger hex pattern nut without interference.
I will pretty them up and paint/bake with the clear I use (or leave bare if you want). See examples like the long one out of the oven there, or my 212 intakes I have made.
21mm inside diameter, 48mm spacing, 1/4” laser cut flanges, 2mm wall thickness.
$45 shipped, each.
Run zinc additive for flat tappets.
