HP w/ 60cc engine

Hi everyone, Looking for a person to discuss horsepower issues on a 60cc gas engine, preferably in California.
Any leads are welcome. Thank you!
 
Do some looking in the 2 smoke section. A tuned expansion chamber exhaust will optimize power band and torque.
There is lots to learn on this forum. Read everything that interests you and when you know enough, the only questions you will ask are those for which you have not found an answer.

The best way to garner interest is to post photos.

Need an expert to testify in court about the conversion of a 2stroke 60cc engine to horsepower. Issue is that insurance company is denying a portion of a claim due to non insurance. Calif law says 4 hp and above is a motorized bike requiring insurance and a DOT helmet. Our position is that the bike is under 4 hp and a bike helmet is sufficient and no car insurance is required.

If you have a receipt for the engine and the description of the kit with the power rating as it was sold and pictures of the bike... ?? I'm thinking they would have to prove to a judge it has more than 4 hp... Like a ticket for doing 60 in a 25 or over 35 mph proving it was modified...
