Problems with starting my motor

I got a brand new 4 strok motor kit o took it to a bike shop that puts them together it was working for a day or 2 now when I start my engine it wants to not disengage and it makes a loud metal rubbing against metal noise what do I do what could be the problem I need help

inspect the clutch

Tell the bike shop to fix it

Add a couple of drops of oil to the center of the clutch.
The shop who built it for you probably never oiled the bronze bushing in it!
