Piston Hitting Crank

I’m new to mechanics, so some of the things I say may not make much sense, but here is my issue.

I recently had to replace my top end engine (Cylinder, Piston and Cylinder Head) due to my piston getting stuck in the Cylinder. I have put on the new parts and realized that my piston keeps hitting the crank and getting stuck.

If anyone has any idea of what the issue may be, please let my know, it’ll be much appreciated

You have the wrong piston, there are two types.

You need to measure your old piston, you probably need a type A.
