Fuel not going from the carburetor to the engine

I got a 4 stroke engine kit and am having trouble getting gas to my engine my outlet for the carburetor is lower than my in take for the engine. I am getting fuel in the line but I am having trouble getting fuel to the engine.

Welcome to the forum John, your carb needs to be gravity fed. These engines do not have fuel pumps.

I'm confused here... Are you saying that your carb is lower than the intake port of the engine, or are you saying that the gas tank is lower than the carb???
