Top right in the triangle.
And that bolt on the top seems loose when I flex my clutch cable it reacts is it supposed to be torqued to any degree or does it matter because once I take off I need to know when I put it back on its seems to be connected on a spring with a lengthwise peg whrn I pull the clutch it pulls right if your behind the bike

This is probably info you don't need but I know nothing about fixing these but I learn fast after this happened I was trying to take the case off and my back tire blew out so i have to take that off any way but I'm trying to ascertain if it is the chain since the back tire won't rotate with or without the clutch engaged

first step is to get the three bolts off that hold the drive cover - the bolt at the upper right goes through the case and sticks out the back - if there is a nut on it back there take it off first - now get all three bolts off - a hand impact driver will do it easily, but sometimes putting just a screwdriver in there and hitting it with a hammer to loosen the bolt will work

I tried to get it it off the one that goes all the way through and it started to strip it what size should I use a 3 or a flathead?

usually a flat head to get more force on it, but different factories use many different bolts on these - on that long one if you cannot find a hand impact driver, I've seen folks sometimes be able to grab other end with vice grips to turn it enough to get it to start coming out to where they can then use the screw driver

Sorry didn't mean to post 2wice also my motor isnt even mounted properly the 2 prong on the front was just bolted by itself and the bolts that come out of the front of the engine like double threaded that should go through the two prong 4 holed clip one is missing so I tried bolting it on just by the back but that doesn't seem right the chain seems way to loose I mean even after I replace that key should I go ahead and mount it correctly before riding and get the other 2 threaded bolt cause the exhaust is like touching the frame it just feels wrong

motor has to be so solid that a strong man cannot hold the frame and top of motor and make it move at all - if it ever moves, it will roll to the left snapping the chain and ripping motor mounts out of the motor ruining both

read a lot & look at pics of finished bikes here

Im not sure if you've seen my questions but I did get the back tire off and the chain fixed it was triangle jammed in the top of the case I'm going to just replace the cheap Chinese bolts because they are about stripped but as were diagnosing it the guy working with me took the mag cover off then took the magnet off and put it back on I had no idea of the woodruff key that was holding it at the 1 o clock position so now after trying to crank the bike that ran beautifully for hours i finally yook it apart and realized this key was gone and im trying to find out the exact size or if they are universal for the half crescent key or if i should just drimmel my own

He was talking about the carburetor being dirty it took me a while seeming how there is so little about the most important key of the 4 everyone seems more worried about the one in the crankcase and when I try to shop for one same problem so I'm confused it's like the magneto one must be impossible to lose because I rarely find anyone talking about it it's getting extremely frustrating

I was referring to this "so I tried bolting it on just by the back but that doesn't seem right" - for your woodruff key, take one out from under the drive sprocket to take to store as that is same size as one under rotor - hard to lose one under rotor because it always sticks to back of magnet
