Hey does anyone have any idea what small cars would feature 3/4 sized cv axles?

Or any other 3/4 solid steel.

Need a cheaper price on Jack shaft crafting and or pillow blocks,

Pretty sure I can take suspension swing arm blocks and add a bearing between

Yes rents outrageous these days about a decade and a half ago you could buy your first house for 10 grand now that those same houses have been brought up or ran out the traditional owners thus skyrocketing the prices to 250k for something with no yard.

I got 3 rooms and 1ba with w/d for $1450...

Downside only one floor has patios.

You will waste more on gas going to junk yards, when you could go to a steel yard and get a short piece of cold roll for couple bucks. But it will not have key-way cut in, for the pulleys. Machine work coast money and is cheaper to by one all ready cut.

You can't just toss cheap junk together and expect it to last, you will spend more money and time to keep it going then if you do it right in the first place. You seem to think we are talking through our hat and don't know nothing, or won't listen. ONCE AGAIN GO BACK AND READ THE DIY BUILDS, AND LEARN, WHAT OTHERS HAVE DONE.

Penny wise and pound foolish describes you.

A grooved shaft and pulleys won't cost much online.

Use large steel washers welded onto a flat plate as pillow blocks.

Better yet, try the 1.75" pulley and 20" sheave first.
