Just wanted to give members a 'heads up' for tanks on eBay.
Daimler-Puch, and several Whizzers in 'vintage gas tanks' or mopeds.
Also an authorized lighted Whizzer sign under 'moped engines.

Yeah, what Jason said. Craig's list would put me away too if I had the money. I missed a deal by two days off Craig's. A guy had a 1961 Schwinn Monarch, complete, asking $75. or best offer. I wanted that beauty so bad and when I called and he said it was gone I wanted to cry. But...maybe that was for the best. If it had still been there I would have had to justify the thing with the wife...Rats! :(

Yep I am a recovering Ebay-aholic; I’ve been broke for 6yrs thanks to EBay- anatomist. The first step is admitting you have a problem. Then avoid looking so you will not be tempted because there is going to be that one thing you can’t live without at the price that you think is just crazy low:)

On craigslist, I just missed a Rolling Rock original promo bike with the great looking decorative tank.
The ad came from Long Island. Never ridden, sitting in a storage room. Mint.
