ok guys now what? I got a new set back wheel and for some reason the sprocket don't sit ?? here are some pics

You are missing one rubber for the rag joint from what I can see from the pic.

Sprocket...Rubber....Spokes....Rubber

You should have one right behind the sprocket.....is that a Husky wheel?

From what I can see in the pics the bolts look long enough...remember the rubber will "crush" a little once it's all tightned up. But if you need to you can always replace the bolts with longer ones.

The dust cover will need to fit through the center hole of the sprocket. If it does...then no need. But if it does not, then you will need to trim it.

you meant the hole dust cover have to go true the sprocket hole???scratg

Yes, that will allow the sprocket to fit flush against the wheel.

Check the dust cover mod link thats on this thread and I PM you.

YOU USED THEM WELL!!laff.trk HAVE YOU HAD A TEST RUN YET. DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE GAS TANKS OFTEN HAVING TRASH IN THEM AND PLUGGING THE FUEL VALVE?? IF IT RUNS AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS YOUR IN GREAT SHAPE. yes texas dave solve my problem!!!tanks guys for all the suport 1 more clue(During run in keep the mix ratio at 16:1 for 500 kilometers and keep your speed down to a maximum of 20kph and do not run your motor for longer than 30 minute periods.
After running in you can allow the chain a little slack. Also, keep mix ratio at 20:1 and use a high quality motorbike or lawnmower two stroke oil.)

is this information true??? cus im runin 20:1 !!!!and no problems litle smoke on idle but fine runin

20:1 is ok i run mine a bit leaner at 32:1 and it generates a bit more power at mid RPM's i found 20:1 a bit oily at the plug. pull your plug clean it with carb cleaner or brake cleaner run a little sand paper across the electrode and reinstall take a long ride then pull the plug again. if it a nice chocolate color a little oily your good if it is very oily and black you are too rich, if it is light in color or gray you are to lean. you can play with the mixture a little bit but i have seen many people running 32:1 with out issues.

And yes it was I who had to change back to my stock carb. i am in the process of further research on the CNS i will update that thread soon.

20:1 would be 7.5 or 8 oz per gallon

32:1 would be 4 oz per gallon look on the back of the 2stroke bottle it describes mixture ratios.

Dripping oil from your pipe is a result of too rich of a mixture.

So pull the bolt out of the exaust and clean it out let dry and reassemble

then drain the gas out of the tank and dispose of it if you mixed that much oil in it would render it useless.

then dispose of what you have mixed.

Get a new gallon of gas and remix to proper ratios.
