From what I can see in the pics the bolts look long enough...remember the rubber will "crush" a little once it's all tightned up. But if you need to you can always replace the bolts with longer ones.
The dust cover will need to fit through the center hole of the sprocket. If it does...then no need. But if it does not, then you will need to trim it.

HAVE YOU HAD A TEST RUN YET. DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE GAS TANKS OFTEN HAVING TRASH IN THEM AND PLUGGING THE FUEL VALVE?? IF IT RUNS AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS YOUR IN GREAT SHAPE. THANKS FOR SHARING AND KEEP US POSTED. THIS FORUM SURE DOES DO US A GREAT SERVICE. LATER RON
