Email returned with KT18 Kawasaki. They're certainly similar.

You may have nailed it! I found this KT28 leafblower, and it looks the same:

Its about 35-36cc. Couldn't find my calipers when I had it open.

If you put it on a bike, you'll be retracing Kawasaki's own steps in the 1950s. I think the first engine Honda and his competitors used was Mikuni built radio generator engine.

I hoped you did. About 31 if an listing eVilbat was right, but that might not be accurate.

Mine isn't a KT18, its a KT28. They used it in the TMC KTBL37 leafblower.
Parts are still available, but they are really expensive!
