I see them advertise for vendors to order 100 adapters wont they need sprockets
They are out of stock and have told you so on their web page whichItem# 48TOOTH
$42.50
Availability: Usually ships the next business day
This item has sold out. Check back soon!
They are out of stock and have told you so on their web page which
is why there is No buy it now tab.
If there was a buy it now tab you would be complaining that they took
your money and didn't send you your sprocket.
Obviously they don't know when they are getting more 48 tooth sprockets
to sell or they would have said a date.
They are out of stock on all off their sprockets.
Why do you need to call or email them?
Thank you 2door. Hope you are feeling better....
The phone number connected to the account these guys use, does not work!
THey replied to my first email with a link to USPS website shipping tracker, it said it would ship if 4-7 days. That was 4 weeks ago.
I have countless times at all hours of the day. No answer, full voicemail box.
I've emailed a dozen times.
I've tried to call their Contracting business, bad number.
I've done everything but actually mail them a letter.
My order was placed June 5, bank transaction was done by june 11.
Today is July 15.
I bought a wheel and added adapter and sprocket using the drop down/add on menu there. NO indication of items out of stock.
Justin Troy and Matt Troy are the owners I think or former owners (i'm assuming this business is closed unless one of these pirates lets me know otherwise)
I think they get all there sprockets from Rebel Gears in Crossville, TN if your interested. You might have to have business license to buy from that place.
Right now their website says they're sold out.
Stop looking at their website.
Divert eyes!
Divert your dollars!
I buy from them often and have never once had a problem. Your story is hard for me to believe, because whenever I've tried to order something from them that's out of stock, it wouldn't let me.
Bikenut, I know I told you not to, but go to their website. Pretend like you are going to buy a rear wheel with the shimano hub. Then add an adapter and sprocket and proceed to check out. See if it lets you know if they are in stock or not.
This shimano wheel is on their home page. It has the drop downs for adapter and sprockets. It won't let you order it, because it says out of stock.

sorry should have been more specific on which wheel then. I was just going by the wheel that I ordered. I ordered the wheel master seen below....

So will you try to contact these guys and let me know how it works out for you?
I see what you're talking about. They obviously f ed that one up, because it does let you order. The problem is they're out of adapters when you try to just order an adapter.
I'm pretty sure if you just wait it out they'll send you your order when it becomes available, but I can understand why you might not want to do that.
I guess your only choice is wait, or cancel the order. They do say on their website they don't answer the phone much.
I've recently need ordering LED light bulbs online from china that take 27 days arrive.
If I were you I would send them a email informing them that if you don't hear back from them soon you plan to cancel the order.
Well there in lies my biggest gripe. I CANNOT get a response from them. I've emailed telling them I want to cancel my order. If they will not communicate with me, I cannot cancel my order. THey have not told me what the problem is. Yeah they are probably waiting to get enough orders and cash to place a bulk order. Maybe. Maybe not. I would just like to know. People on forums and similar businesses have given me many plausible reasons why I've been left hanging. BUT i would rather hear it from the people who accepted my order and my payment. Which are the only ones that actually know.
jesus christ the newbies always find pirate cycles first. why always pirates first... I'm going to rip off their website theme and layout, and call my bike company outlaw cycles... heh
