dui

If you can get one on a horse you can certainly get one on a motorized bike.
Why do you ask?

A reliable person in Belgrade tells me that if they had to stop you on a bike, you would be charged with drunk and disorderly conduct, at a minimum. Your results may vary...

Drink at home. Where it's safe. And cheap. And good - :)

You can get a dui on a bicycle, but in CA it does have much lower fines than a dui on a motored vehicle.

on a motorized bicycle in california, it's the same as a car. bad news.

unless you get a cool (or ignorant) cop that writes you up for a bicycle.

That's what I did. To drunk to ride yesterday; to hung over to ride today.

They did away with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) here in Arizona.

That is true, you can't get a DUI in Arizozna now.

Unfortunately they replaced DUI with the new all encompassing Operating Under the Influence (OUI) law which covers everything from horses, bicycles and boats to even a frgg'n skate board or unicycle and I wouldn't surprised if they managed to cite you for walking drunk 'operating' your cell phone.

That's OK with me, I get tons of new 'Transpiration Challenged' customers especially during the holidays when Sheriff Joe does his random OUI checkpoints and it does help ease traffic hehehe ;-}
