Simple, efficient build for a good friend

Well, whenever one of my friends rides my bike they want one of their own... So here is build #6. Built with limited funds ($160) including bike and engine kit. The only thing bought for the build (beside engine kit) was a pair of brake pads! it helps to have a stockpile of parts / frames at your fingertips. Anyway its a 66cc engine from enginesonlineshop.com and its the best running engine Ive ever felt and it only has like 2 hours on it. The bike has great geometry and its a blast to ride.

love how close the exhaust comes to the frame.

Well after a few hundred miles this bike came in for a tune up / repair session.
I:
Replaced the leaky stock carb with a SHA clone and it runs great!
Threw on a arrow pipe I had lying around.
New fuel line / filter
New rear wheel
front brakes
General adjustments.

Just got my latest kit delivered today.
$143.00 shipped to my door.
If you already have a bike....
My Pig has cost:
$143 for the kit (zminglu on ebay)
$20s for HD#41 chain (enough for two bikes)
$20 on various sprocket sizes. (settled on a 36)
various free parts from the pile (Pedals, seat, alloy rims)
Under $200 total parts cost
(I had the bike in the parts pile)
