how about a link to that?I just found someone who built a twin engine china doll setup!!
It is on another motorized bike forum... it is pretty cool tho. they just built mounts for two engines, chained to a common jackshaft like assembly, which sent the power to rear wheel.
They used really wide cranks too...
I guess a well designed v-twin case might be a bit slimmer!
I hope one of these motorized bike mavericks will make something they can sell to us!
I saw a pic of a red bike like that somewhere. The HT motors were mounted side by side.I just found someone who built a twin engine china doll setup!!

That bike "Double Trouble" was made by Big Boy Cycles who are members hereI saw a pic of a red bike like that somewhere. The HT motors were mounted side by side.
It's the first one on their page, the rear facing red one, with the lathe in the background. It's still under construction in the pic, and has only the right side motor installed.the double trouble cycle you described is not on their website. i want to see it.
They took the 50 cc 2 stroke motors off and replaced with a 4 strokeIt's the first one on their page, the rear facing red one, with the lathe in the background. It's still under construction in the pic, and has only the right side motor installed.
I hope I don't get in trouble for posting a link to a another motorized bike forum (this feels treasonish).... But I thought this was really kinda neat...how about a link to that?
They only want to sell the engine as a complete bike for $12,500someone built a prototype v-twin chinadoll, like a year or two ago, but I dont know if anything more ever came of it or not. I know that I havent seen it for sale yet. i could see paying about 300 or so for something like that. of course, someone will come along and say, "300 isnt enough, i will pay 5 or 6" and that will screw it for the rest of us.
