I have looked everywhere i could find on the site and just couldn't find an answer. I got my 4-stroke kit from Daemon Bikes running. It worked fine. I waited over night and then worked on the back sprocket a bit, (needed centering) and now it won't move. It starts fine and when i twist the throttle i can hear it working, but the chain doesn't move and the bike goes nowhere. I tried pedaling it to make sure the chain wasn't stuck and it works fine. I was wondering if it was maybe the spark plug. How do i check? I am very new to this so please be specific. Thank you everyone!

Sounds like the centrifugal clutch in the gearbox is the culprit.
those gearboxes are very low on quality
they are cheap but you get what you paid for
the clutch bell may have separated.

Definitely not the spark plug cause it is running.

take the cover off the gearbox and take a look.

Finally got it running! Very fun bike. I now plan on learning about 2-strokes! I will post pics soon.
Hey, very nice looking bike and a clean build too.

Paint that red cover and put some flex exhaust on it like
Motomagz and it will run better too.

I will be shocked if that JL Hoot gearbox holds up though, good luck.
How is it running? Is the box noisy?

WARNING: Reinforce that front fender cause when the flimsy bracket snaps
you will be catapulted over the front wheel

Thank you! I will look into the flex exhaust. Thanks for the tip! The gearbox is running okay. I meshed the gears better and put in some lithium grease. I need a heavier grease because the lithium grease broke down and just melted to the bottom. Also, yesterday i was tightening the screw over the clutch and small gear (it kept coming lose and the clutch would screw up the pull start and lurch the bike forward..) and i snapped the screw. I will have to back it out somehow...That stinks..but it runs well and gets some good speed!

Oh, and i got the bags on ebay for 5 bucks each with 5 dollars shipping! Sweet deal! I put all my tools and things in there.

Oh, BiMoPed, I just noticed your other post. Is it possible to switch to a grubee gearbox without much trouble? I saw some older threads and people said there was no replacement for a gearbox. I would love to get rid of this one..I am starting to like 2-strokes, but this thing has some good power..

This is the Grubee 4 G gearbox you need for your 15mm?? shaft Huasheng
You might have to use a shim to make it work with the 16 mm 4G
4G T-Belt Transmission (Honda) [4G-TBELTTRANS-HD] - $139.99

They are out of stock, was selling for $140

Your Huasheng will also take an EZ Motorbike Q Matic that sells for $260?
