i concur the crowded crank sucks and i stuck a ring thru my high comp head so i need a new one. did you recieve the bottom end yet? thats the magic crank i think might be a winner
 
After a few minor set-backs; production is running smoothly, and DV is back!

I will have the time to finish up the cases and balance the crank this week.

Pics and "how-to" stuff will, of course, be included.

Stop dwelling on the speed guys...in all likelyhood it will go faster than 60...This isn't about the speed, it's about the "how-to".

As this was done fifty years ago with 50cc moped engines without chambers, I wonder what we are all waiting for? 60mph with 66cc in 2010.

Its an interesting endeavour just the same, to make chinese junk fly/fry.

Heat will kill it in the end.

Unless you go with methanol or water cooling.

Then 100mph from 66cc might be more impressive.

Jim you mentioned that you were running a batch of hubadapters a month ago are you still making them... mine?
 
So anyone know when Pirate is gonna be coming out with the new performance kits? Really want to see how it all turns out.
 
unoficially 50 mph on a speedo i have to gps it but i guarantee atleast 45 i have my Honda ns50f if i wanna do 60 lol
