I think... i might be down to rally - what kind of distance are we talking? i know burbank pretty well...

any of you guys riding a streched cruiser down chandler a few days ago?

It's about 30miles
burbank(behind airport)>the bucket in/or near eagle rock>echo park/silverlake (the good brew)>through Griffith park>burbank (tin horn)>back to starting point.

I know you said its not a race, but the way my bike is setup, i dont know if i could handle 30 miles....

do you have a support truck?

I don't want to discourage anyone from riding with us, (because we want lots of riders!!) but if you really don't think your bike can handle it; either fix it or don't bring it.
As they say "sh*t happens", & if anyone breaks down we'll help you out; but don't bring something that you're sure will break.

it sounds (the way he's written it) as though he's not worried about the bike .
he say's he doesnt think "he" will hold up to the distance the way his bikes set up.

also being that this is a poker run , you must finish to get all your cards.

hehe my bike is pretty stout, im just a big fat baby, a solid mounted banana seat doesnt help all that much either.



disregard the tape holding my gas cap on - it was a temp fix until i got a new one. :)

If you've ridden it on any day for more than a couple of hours at a time, you'll be alright Lobster boy. But, if you think somthins not workin properly on that sled of yours- I'd remedy it now and get the bugs out friend.

The Poker Run ride will meet at 9 a.m (April 17th) at 3750 Cohasset st. Burbank,Ca 91505 (Artisan House Inc parking lot.) Each rider will be required to chip-in $10 which will include Poker Run winnings and Carne Asada BBQ at the end of the ride. Sodas will be provided (Bring your own alcoholic beverages).

Note: This is a 5 card poker run. Cards will be dealt at each stop along the route. THIS IS NOT A RACE! This is a group ride!!!

Below is a link of the Poker Run route. The ride consist of 3 stops along the route.
1.The Green Bamboo(Little Tokyo), 2.The Good Brew(Silverlake) and The Tin Horn(Burbank).
The entire route is 34.78 miles long. Therefore, bring extra 2T oil and/or gas! :-||
