How to remove the piston

I am trying to remove a piston on a 66cc to replace with another piston.I can't see how to remove the piston cup from the rod.What do I need to do here? Thank you.

Gotta take out the little wrist pin clips inside the side of the piston, small needle nose pliers.....Watch out they will take off on ya.....

I figured it all out yesterday,had no problem getting them out but man getting them back in the side of the piston was a pain.Thanks guys

Yes they are tricky little buggers.....

The original piston was completely destroyed by the 'roller' deal that goes into the rod/piston.I have yet to test out my rebuilt motor,I just hope it runs

It should run fine as long as the other piston didn`t damage the cyl. wall....
