I believe there is no seal there but I could be wrong. If it's a new motor you may have excess grease thats coming out that is packed in at the factory. After a little while it should stop.

F Fabian Member Mar 11, 2010 #3 I've said this many times before: be thankful grease, goo and black oozing filth are leaking out of your two stroke motor. It's time to start worring when all the leaks stop. Fabian
