Amazing motorized bike designer

I love how he uses the landscape to bend his material! fire hydrants, public walk area's , tree's. he is a thinker outside the box!
 
He used to be a member at either Motokruisers or Chopperbicycle (both sites gone now). He is a very cool guy and was helpful and inspiring to all. I love his blown glass gas tanks...Kelly
 
Very cool bikes. They are out there, but then biking needs some guys with vision that isn't from a kit.
 
Wow this forum leads you to some extraordinary places with these kits and bikes.
It is amazing what you can do with a grinder and a welder. I cant weld - I hate him!

He states in the video that all of his bikes are structurally sound. All of them can be ridden.
Wether or not one would want to is a personal choice.

I my self am very impressed with his imagination and abilities to think outside the box.
I would be proud to ride one of his bikes, if I could afford one that is........

Granted a couple of his builds look awesome !....however.....do you want to pay what I'm sure is an exorbant fee for *art*....that would be destroyed in a single drop ?......gawkers looking and not paying attention as they blow by you .......hmmmm?......to each their own....they ARE works of art....on that I will concur but.........if you have the money......go for it !.....most of us just want a bike we can ride and have fun on ....but that's just me........

Wouldn't want to be in an emergency situation on one of those.....
The rib cage would be in your rib cage with all the fuel soaked broken colored gas.
Could he put some spikes on the top tubes for added safety as well....?
Save the Dr. Seuss work for something you hang on a wall;
not something you merge into traffic with.
 
I will give credit where credit is due. The guy has artistic talent and nice design sensibilities cosmetically. However, the thing that has impressed me the most about bikes since I was a young man was the genius of their simplicity. The power from the human's most powerful muscle set converted into forward momentum with the least number of moving parts and structural elements. Beauty, grace, and simplicity. All the sweeping arcs and superfluous lengths of bent tubes kind of runs contradictory to that which makes bikes so charming.

Glass gas tanks?! Very "innovative". Fail.

Feeling inspired.

The ribcage/glass gas tanks are so impractical...

...but damn are they awesome.

I understand these bikes aren't for your everyday rider, or enthusiast, but they are just like anything else out there - a work of art. Derringer Cycles boasts being a collector's piece and they are outrageously priced. If I was going to drop a load on an MB, it would be something as bad ass as one of these bad boys. It would be my MB '54 Restored Chevy. Only to be taken out on some weekends...and to events. But mostly to have as a conversation piece and make whatever room I keep it in look sick-nasty-delicious.

Unless he has changed the way he bends metal I wouldn't be surprised if he started making fancy wheelchairs as well.
