Progress Today!! Some things need modifying other stuff is straight bolt on, but lots of moving bits around, cutting nubs off, ignoring the instructions, etc.
Looks like it's coming right along. I have seen lots of them on mountain bikes but it seems like these little engines were specifically designed for the old beach cruiser type bicycles....they just fit really nicely on them.
I'm not really in a rush, but it's always something. It didn't take me long at all to take the sprocket off an reverse it. I used my air ratchet! But then I went to put my fuel filter on and I broke the plastic. (too cold)
I installed that darn throttle at least ten times and still got it wrong. Clip on the wrong side of the cylender and it sucked into the engine had to tear it down before I ever got it started. New rings and all. what a mess.
