can I get by with just the catch can to the valve cover hose? Only things I’ll change are exhaust and intake/air cleaner. Not even sure I need a larger main jet running that factory carb?

How does your engine of choice direct valve cover gasses? Replicate it as best you can. I don't have a stock engine to refer to. Photos of the engine you settle on for your build. ON YOUR thread.

I can do that, just looking to have some firsthand knowledge. My engine of choice is the Ducar 212

Hey I'm trying to get my motorbike up to 80mph. I installed a window port piston but it's the only thing bogging it down n making problems. 1yr of BS. I tried a HP carb, a PZ22, etc. But there's gotta be a way to increase performance of 80cc engine. I want higher HP, higher low end top end speeds, faster acceleration, better control, etc. What's everything u have to say bout that?

I think the window port piston is the root of all the problems. But it's "suppose to work". Maybe the window port is too big

the windowed piston will ONLY make gains if you have done a bunch of other mods too , REED VALVE,GOOD CARB I LIKE MIKUNI 19MM BOOST PORT IS A GREAT MOD ,HIGH COMPRESSION HEAD,, A GOOD EXPANSION CHABER PIPE A MZ PIPE OR ONE FROM DAVE RUST i have a snake pipe AND the newer one that he makes now ,and there are other mods as well but 80MPH is not gonna happen the best ive done is 63.8
