ZEDA 80 DIO REED OKO CARB not running right

im currently using a Zeda 80 DIO REED OKO CARB and its having trouble pushing mph and having non consistent speed pulls. Its 4 stroking a pretty good amount but only on some pulls, if i let go of the clutch at low RPM and let it scream its goes for about maybe 4-5 seconds before it starts 4 stroking and when i slow back down to lower RPM it can cut out after the pull when i pull the clutch in. My thinking is that it could be the carb at a angle because the Huffy cranbrook frame doesn't let the carb sit at a right up angle it has to be on its side, making it so there isn't enough gas in the carb causing it to four stroke. that is just my thinking though i dont know much. i would love to hear your feed back
