ZE50 piston rod? anyone heard of these?

hello all. I just acquired a complete motor kit. Originally purchased at Zoom Bicycles on august 30, 2010. I removed the cyl for some minor port work and saw the marking on the rod ZE50 or maybe ZI50 . Just wondering if any of you had any experience with these engines. Also, there wasn't much miscasting or flash in there, looked pretty darn good as is. Thanks for any help.

oops, I forgot to mention that I've seen positive posts regarding the ZAE50. Now I'm heading off to install it as a replacement for my current engine which died, RIP
