i want to do my exhaust but want to make it myself.

i have only done the free mods and my engine is basically stock with some love.

i was just going to add to my stock header,
change first cone, extract guts from muffler and add pipe after second cone.


any good ideas you can share?

from what has been posted my best guess is add
like 9" off stock header then new cone.
taper would just be from stock size pipe to barrel size in 5"

any added to stock barrel?

i was going to smooth out the inside of the of the end cap and center the hole. what size should that hole be and how much larger should i go for the tail pipe?

any insight on this home made mod will be very appreciated..

I bought a cheap chinese exhaust, made for a 250cc, and cut 90% of the muffler on and welded it on.
