Would this bike work for a 4 stroke kit?

the frame would fit for sure the question is how much do you like stopping!!!! looks like just a rear brake on those girls they look solid and should fit a engine no problem but i would add breaks for sure .
 
and if you can afford it, make it a disc brake on the front. It will take care of 80% of all your braking and is just a cleaner deal.
