Worksman Newsboy for Board Track Racer..Questions ?

i am thinking of purchasing this older Worksman bike. Looks to be a Newsboy model. No front brakes. Would this model be a good start to a vintage looking build? Any advice is appreciated.

That bike would be awesome with a motor!!

The engine space is a little tight... but it can be done by installing a 36T front pedal sprocket.
