Worksman Frame Possibiilities...Advice ??

I might be able to pick up this worksman bike. No front brakes. Would this be a good candidate for a vintage boardtrack style build..? Can I add front brakes to this frame..?

First post with a photo.. Hope I did this right.

You can always add front brakes to the bike. It's not the frame, it's the forks. If the forks that are on the frame don't have the bosses installed, you can either weld the brackets (or have them welded ) or you can change the fork to one that does. The monark springer fork has disc mounts and fits the board track style well.
