My son built a motorized bicycle from a kit he ordered off the internet. He did a great job putting it together and running it. In fact, he has learned a great deal about small engine repair, function, troubleshooting skills, has been a real education piece for him. For a freshman, he did a great job.
Problem is the police are here everyday, that this is not legal to be on the streets, he needs a motorcycle license, etc. Anyone know the Wisconsin statues on this issue?
