whats the best way to wire the motor.beside the way the instuctions say?

Here is a one popular way that works:
black from engine to = black on cdi
blue from engine to = blue on cdi
white from engine to = (striped,green?)wire that does'nt have a eyelet on the kill switch
(black?)wire with eyelet on killswitch to = ground to frame or engine

Keep all wires away from heat.

couldnt you just do away with the kill switch and just hook cdi up straight to motor and cut the blue wire and put a toggle in it to break the current from the blue?

And don't forget to solder the the wires to the quick disconnects along with securing them properly.
