Will this manic mechanic heavy duty hub adapter fit my hub?

I used a micrometer and it came out to be 1.513 and this hub adapter says it will fit a hub of 1.52. Is there that big of a difference that it wont fit?

sweet..... can i drill out my grubee sproket to fit the adapter? iwill be placing this order next weekend after i get paid
