Will these forks fit sky hawk frame?

Will these forks fit the sky hawk frame? The frame came with fork mounting rings and roll bearings and all of that. Thanks

The GT2A takes a 1 1/8" fork, so your diameter is good. You need 6 3/8" plus the height of your stem clamp on the steer tube for length.
 
Well, in your pic there it does look like it's more than an inch to me but maybe it's just the pic. Also, suspension forks that have 1" steerers are pretty rare, that hasn't been a common size since the early 90s. I'm thinking you've got a 1 1/8" fork. You said you have the frame already right? Pull out the headset and slip the crown race or top cap on. You'll know quick if it's the same size.
