Will it work?

that bike should work but the fenders will need to be eather taken off or braced up realy well ive seen postes about finders in the forums and i think it will make you a realy nice ride please post some pictures of it when you get done with your build i know alot of us love seing pictures of peoples bikes
 
The crank sprocket looks pretty big so the engine will have to be fairly high up.
I'm gonna vote 'maybe' on it working. It could probably be shoe-horned in there, but the seat post is at an angle that will tip the engine more vertical, just to hit that lower top tube. It looks like quite a stretch between the engine's front mount and the front down tube, also.
