Will a 2 stroke engine kit fit my bike?

The top tube is 20 inches
The down tube is 23.5 inches
The seat tube is 11.5 inches

It will be a challenge with no room for error.

I don't think you could fit the whole rig within that size frame. Also, keep in mind that the chain needs to run from a sprocket on the rear wheel up to the engine sprocket and have enough width on each side so that it sits straight and is aligned with the engine.
