You could do a rack-mount to the seat post, and a couple upright stays on either side for stability. Put a 49 cc job on the rack and run the chain down to the jack-shaft that's just ahead of the rear wheel there. Then kids can play bean-bag-toss at your wheels as you ride by.

I don't think the technology on those spokeless rims is there yet although when it Is I'll be one of the first to ride one around my college.. motorize that thing and you might just have a real expensive one shot catapult.
