while riding for a while i lose power then it turns off ...

I'm new to the motor bike scene. I was riding with my friends going really fast then my motor started losing power ..doesn't turn clutch like it used to...its a 2010 motor ..4 days old....pleeze help me .........:-||
 
Check ur carb we need more details engine carb and bike types to better assist u but most problems like that are carb issues
 
Mmmm yeah, more details will help uis help you.

Could have run lean and smoked the motor, or something much less serious.
 
Some "run 'em like they stole 'em" and it seems to work fine.
I have broken in these things, and not broken in these things....never made a difference.

Just sayin'.
 
We're all assuming he has an HT. It sure would help if people told us what engine they have when asking a question like this. Also, what carburetor, what fuel/oil mix, and maybe how much mechanical experience they have.

Its a 80cc from raw motors ...I found a piece of metal ontop of the piston ...top of the piston was eatin up and the cover..after I contacted the people who sold it to me...they told me to wait for a email with details to get a replacement motor ...thanks to all of u who tried to help ..it still loses power ...but I'll be back with pics of my new engine ...thanks again!!
