Which one should I get?

Ok I love my gas bike, but i have to get an electric bike for riding on military installations. So my question is, which one of these is better, and what is the difference between them.

No, the woman's bike has a step through frame

When you think about it...the men's bike ought to be made for a female, and the women's bike ought to be made for a male. The same sadistic person made bikes like that...must or been the same person who designed the bra. I guess it was just a get, even type of thing.
