which GAS KIT is BEST?

i am a cyclist interested in cheap transportation. i don't care if it's 2 or 4 stroke. i would prefer to spend under $300 but that is not my limit. what is the BEST recommendation you guys can make for me?

hi tony; have you read anything on this site? imsure someone will be along soon with an opinion. why dont you read for about 24hrs and then make a move.
