where to by red rims?

ive been searching for some sweet 24" red rims with the back wheel rim being a coaster. they dont sell them around where i live so i have been looking around online.

is there a way i can even paint my igsisting rims red? would paint take to them?

i think they are really sweet with the white wall tires.

You Can Either Go To Your Local Bike Shop And They Can Probably Order Them Or You Can Mask Off Your Spokes(if You Dont Feel Comfortable Laceing A Wheel ) And Spay Them Red
