Wheel website

So i was browsing around here a month or so ago when i found a link to a parts site that sold wheels for 30-50 bucks i think. I can't for the life of remember what it's called or where i found it. I do however, remember that the background on the site was yellow. Please forgive my shotty memory but if anyone could help me find this website, i will be eternally grateful.

Niagara has a good selection of wheels but sadly for me I cant use them as they dont have any 150mm hub based wheels.
