What's the fastest 4 stroke you can buy?

There is a concept motorbike from Yamaha called the Y125 Moegi.125cc
It gets est 188 mpg, .8 gallon fuel tank,many speculated, est speed 50-70 mph..
It is an aluminum engine.check it out on the net.i hope it comes to the US soon.
I've read that it still needs to be refined a bit.
