whats the difference?

being new to the ebike thing i was looking at different battery types and ratings... And was wondering the difference between a 10 Ah battery and a 9800Mah battery? As far as i remember from my limited schooling in math and such a 10Ah battery is a 10000Mah battery... am i remembering wrong? or just don't know enough about batteries??

You are right, but (in e biking , anyway) there is much more to it. There is so called C rating , which is very important and manufacturers data which (in general) aren't always true. You should do more research. Good luck!
