What's it worth?

This may be the wrong place to post this, but I was just wondering what you guys thought.

I'm saving up to build my motorized bike, but I'm buying another bike from a neighbor just to have a spare or change things up now and then. This second bike won't be motorized.

The bike is an Electra Ticino with a Brooks saddle. I have no idea what to offer, and my neighbor has no idea what to ask for. I was thinking $125, is that fair? Its never used and just sits there. Its an older model. Sorry, no pics.
 
I don't really know but googling electra ticino yielded some rather expensive results. Apparently as low as 500 to 1700!
 
He has an Electra Ticino with a Brooks saddle, and he admits not knowing how much to ask for it. (!) I am an honorable man - and even I had to tell the little invisible devil on my shoulder to shut up. I commend you for wanting to give him a fair price. I can't really help you there. All I know is Electras are very good, but they are not that cheap. But if you can afford to be fair, you might really help the guy out.
