yes yes and yes you can do any of them with that motor the OCC chopper might be a tight one though unless you do cylinder forward but that creates its own problems of the engine spinning the wrong way and you need to do some gears to reverse it.
a regular motorised bike you choose the right frame and do a left side and all you need is a transmission of some sort like a Qmatic or a AGK jackshaft kit
