RAWMotors.com will deliver to Cali, but they only sell RAW motors, no grubees.

bikeberry will only ship parts to ca, not kits. at least thats what their site says.
You need to see Colby @ EZ Cruiser Bikes in Dana Point, just North of SD.
Motorized Bikes : Electric Bikes : Gas Bikes from EZCruizer.
I bought 2 Skyhawks from them and am more than happy. Their customer service is top notch and second to none!
