what kinda bike is this !???

In case you are unaware of what the image is, it is of the wicked witch in the 1939 wizard of oz. I tried looking on google, the bike is not identified anywhere. There is a slim chance that someone here who knows pre-war bikes may be able to identify it or at least hazard an educated guess, but I would find that highly doubtful. Her skirt is so encompassing that you can't see much of the frame.

It is interesting that the chain guard looks American, but the front rod pull brake look English/European?

What appears to be chrome parts, 26" tires, and the chain guard design suggest it’s from near the end of that era.

But unless someone comes up with a good shot of the head badge it is gonna be hard to identify!

my guess, from what looks like a star shaped front chainwheel, and the long headtube, is it's an Iver Johnson.
