Another swap meet find. Any idea of the make is appreciated. I like the flow of the top tube to the rear. The low seat position. Plenty of engine room. 212????

Looking at cruiser bikes, looks to be the Electra.

Yeah Electra I think. Rear dropouts are 3/16"?

Yeah drops are 3/16. I'd like to fill them in and cut slide outs, get nice chain adj.
