What does it stand for? I just got my carb tuned just right. More testing and I will post a pic

I used a CNS for 3 years. Sometimes it was great! Sometimes it sucked. The bike would run differently on the same setting. I guess I had too much free time, so I used it to constantly tune this carb.
I've since run both the RT and NT with great success. They seem to be really consistent.
