That looks like a prime candidate for my upcoming plans for a 4 stroke cruiser build. I'd like to know if anyone recognizes the frame?

It look like A bikeberry.com's bike I thank it is one they have in there Engine kit + Bicycle kits they sell. They will show as a 2 stroke engine but you can upgrade to a 4 stroke kit.

Nah, that Clairmont has v-brakes, the one in this picture does not (assuming this is the bike the OP is referring to):
